Description
The Canbat CLI150-12 is a 12V 150Ah deep cycle lithium battery with advanced LiFePO4 technology and M8 terminals and screws included with this battery.
The battery is designed for use in all deep-cycle applications such as off-grid solar, RV, marine, camping and backup power systems. This 12V 150Ah Lithium Iron Phosphate battery can also be used to replace standard lead acid batteries when using mobility scooters, UPS systems, fire alarm systems, access control systems and medical equipment. They are growing in popularity for military and aerospace applications. The Canbat CLI150-12 is a UL certified 12V 150Ah LiFePO4 battery. The CLI150-12 battery is equipped with lithium cells that offer superior performance and greater reliability as they can be used for energy storage solutions or as power sources. Unlike traditional SLA and gel batteries, they can be fully discharged with no loss of longevity. 12V 150Ah lithium batteries are very popular in the RV and marine market. They are commonly referred to as RV lithium batteries or marine lithium batteries.
Our high-performance lithium iron phosphate batteries can withstand more than 2,500 charge/discharge cycles. LiFePO4 cells have the longest shelf life and can be stored for up to 2 years at any state of charge without fear of deterioration. This makes them great for seasonal gear as they don't require long periods of maintenance like your sailboat does. This 12V 150Ah lithium battery can be paralleled up to 4 units of the same model to create a 12V 300Ah, 12V 450Ah or even 12V 600Ah battery. Up to 4 units of the same model can also be connected in series to create a 24V 150Ah, 36V 150Ah or even 48V 150Ah battery.

These include Recreational Vehicles (RV), Electric Wheelchairs, Solar Power, Sailboats/Maritimers, Electrical Appliances and more. Lithium batteries offer safe, worry-free power in a lighter solution. Compared to sealed lead-acid batteries and other types of lithium batteries, Canbat lithium iron phosphate batteries with LiFePO4 technology are designed to provide significant benefits including improved charging and discharging efficiency, temperature protection, longer life and capability for deep cycling or deep discharging while maintaining power. 12V 150Ah LiFePO4 batteries are generally more expensive than sealed lead-acid batteries, but are even more cost-effective in the long run as they offer a longer lifespan of over 10 years.

Guarantee
Canbat Technologies Inc. warrants each lithium battery for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase as indicated on the sales receipt. Within the first 36 months of the warranty period, subject to the exclusions set forth below, Canbat will replace or repair the lithium battery if the components concerned are found to be defective in material or workmanship. If after 36 months and up to 10 years the affected components are found to be defective in materials or workmanship and Canbat determines the components are repairable, the lithium battery will be repaired and returned. If Canbat deems that the components are not repairable, a new lithium battery of the same model will be offered at a 30% discount off the price listed at the time of the offer. The offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of notification.
NOT TRANSFERABLE
This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the lithium battery. The guarantee cannot be transferred to other natural or legal persons. For warranty claims, please contact the original point of purchase.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Canbat has no obligation under this Lithium Battery Limited Warranty subject to the following conditions (including but not limited to):
- Damage caused by transport or mishandling of the lithium battery
- damage caused by improper installation; loose terminals, undersized wiring, incorrect series connection (some batteries cannot be connected in series) or parallel connections, reverse polarity connections, or insufficient airflow
- environmental damage such as B. improper storage conditions as defined by Canbat, exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures, fire or freezing, or damage from water, shock or collision
- Damage caused by improper operation or maintenance, such as B. Undercharging or overcharging the lithium battery, charging at low temperature, lack of cleanliness resulting in corroded terminal connections or accumulation of dirt, debris, organic matter, fossil fuels or chemicals in the battery case
- Improper use of CAN cables, e.g. B. incorrect or disconnected connections
- Installation of CAN communication devices that do not comply with the correct CANbus guidelines
- Battery that has been opened, modified or tampered with
- Tampering with or removing manufacture date codes
- Lithium battery used for applications other than those designed and intended by Canbat
- Lithium battery dimensioned too small for the application
This limited warranty does not apply to batteries that have reached the end of their normal useful life as they may have been used before the warranty period expired. A battery can only deliver a fixed number of cycles over its lifetime, which occur over different periods of time depending on the application. Canbat reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim if verification reveals that the battery has reached the end of its normal lifespan, even within the warranty period. If the battery is found to have been misused, you will be charged a repair fee in addition to parts and shipping.
SUBMITTING A WARRANTY CLAIM
To make a warranty claim, contact the original point of purchase. It may be necessary to return the product to Canbat for further inspection. The product must be shipped in accordance with UN38.3. Persons shipping batteries must be Hazmat certified.

I was debating whether to use the 100Ah or the 200Ah lithium battery pack for my 5 wheel caravan with a 320 watt solar panel system. I came across this 150Ah lithium size which I thought was perfect for me. I've been using it for a few months and it's serving me well. It's much lighter than my lead-acid battery.

I bought two of these 150Ah batteries and connected them to my motorhome in parallel. I tested the batteries before installing them and got more capacity than advertised which is a bonus. I've had the batteries for a few weeks now and they work perfectly. I've never run out of energy since upgrading from lead-acid to lithium and my wife is happy about that! Recommend these batteries for RV.

This is a 150Ah lithium battery perfect for upgrading from lead acid. I had a 100Ah lead acid and my lights never last all night. I've also had days where the food in my fridge went bad because we kept running out of power. As a result, my husband and I got frustrated and fought about it. This new 150Ah RV lithium battery we installed gives us a couple of days before we need a recharge. For the value these batteries offer I honestly find them undervalued! As soon as we save a little more money, we'll buy another one and put it in parallel. That would give us more energy for a few days.

We build portable emergency power boxes and rent them out for shows and events. Our boxes come in a variety of sizes and each size requires a different battery size. I am so impressed with the range of 12v lithium batteries that Canbat has to offer. We bought and tested the 100Ah, 150Ah and 200Ah. I wish I could have given this 150 amp battery 5 stars but I am giving the CanBat 3 stars because it falls into 3 things.
1) Shipping and tracking across Canada sucks, 2 stars at best. They need a better distribution network across the country. At least something in Ontario to cover the center and east.
2) Documentation with battery on arrival...none, zero stars. Come on, what would it take to put a document in the box?
3) Connection hardware... Screw too short, 1 star. The moment you try to make more than one connection on the terminal, you run out of usable screw thread. Guess these guys don't know much about trailers. A selection must be made when ordering. In my case, I threw away the short screw and replaced it with a bolt long enough to handle the extra wire connectors.Once you overcome these 3 shortcomings, you'll find a well-made battery at a great price. I used this battery as a replacement for 2 lead acid and saved a lot of space and weight. I will probably buy this product and recommend it to my friends and family.

I was in the market for a 12v lithium battery. The 100 Ah is too small while the 200 Ah is too big. This 150Ah battery is perfect and I noticed that this size is not available anywhere else. I think this is a great buy if you're in a situation like mine.
